Job summary

The Huntington Enterprise Payments team at Huntington National Bank seeks a Senior IT Application Manager to lead a high-performing, cloud-first development group building and modernizing GCP-based applications. You will guide front-end and back-end teams, ensure secure, scalable solutions, and drive Agile delivery with emphasis on Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and data integrations.

Qualifications

10+ years of related experience.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
7+ years of hands-on application development with Java/Spring Boot and microservices.
3+ years leading or managing Agile delivery teams.
3+ years cloud-native development experience on GCP or comparable cloud services.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of business-critical applications using GCP cloud-native architecture and enterprise standards.
Mentor a team covering front-end, back-end, APIs, data processing, testing, and production support.
Collaborate with architects to design scalable, secure, and highly available solutions.
Provide technical leadership for Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React/Angular, and databases.
Oversee Agile delivery activities and manage risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
