Top Echelon Software, LLC. seeks an experienced Software & Applications Manager to lead enterprise application development and ERP stewardship in a manufacturing setting.
You will supervise software developers, analysts, product owners, and architects to deliver scalable tech solutions that boost operational efficiency. You will partner with IT, OT, and business leaders to translate requirements into roadmaps, manage budgets, and drive automation, analytics, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or software engineering.
- 7–15 years in software development or enterprise applications.
- 3+ years leading IT/software teams of five or more.
- Proficient in .NET, JavaScript, or comparable languages.
- Experience with ERP applications, preferably JD Edwards.
- Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) delivery.
- Experience with secure software development practices.
