Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking an Enterprise Applications Development Lead to build, integrate, and support systems enabling reliable operations as the company scales.

You will own technical delivery for assigned applications, focusing on hands-on work, ERP/CRM integrations, and data access for commercial reporting. Collaboration with IT, application engineering, and security is essential as part of a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering enterprise applications and data integrations.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Experience with ERP/CRM platforms (SAP, Salesforce) and SaaS apps.
• Hands-on with ETL/ELT processes and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support enterprise apps and workflows across SAP, Salesforce/Veeva, Greenhouse, and Ketch.
• Develop SQL queries, data models, integrations, and automated workflows.
• Support SAP and CRM implementations with data mapping and testing.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics to connect app data to reporting.
• Translate business needs into technical designs and deliverables.
• Own issue resolution, runbooks, and backup coverage.
• Coordinate work with vendors and internal teams; maintain docs and licenses.
