Job summary
Centene Corporation is seeking a software engineer to design, develop, and implement enterprise solutions. You will work with data modelers, architects, and SMEs to transform data for letters and reports, using SQL Server, C#, and SSIS in an enterprise ETL environment.
The role requires 4–6 years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with healthcare data. SAFe certification is preferred; remote/hybrid/onsite work options are available, with a competitive compensation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field.
- Requires 4–6 years of related experience.
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification preferred.
- Experience with Healthcare/Managed Care data is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement complex enterprise software solutions.
- Create, optimize, and re-engineer SQL Server objects (T-SQL, procedures, views).
- Own and enhance the in-house letter application (C#, Word documents, PDF).
- Develop and support SSIS packages for ETL and document workflows.
- Schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot jobs using ActiveBatch.
- Perform data analysis, testing, and production support; resolve data issues.
