Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day administration and support for MRI Software, AvidXchange, Versapay, Argus Enterprise.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Configure settings, workflows, reports, dashboards, and forms.
• Plan, test, and support releases, upgrades, patches, and vendor changes.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for operational visibility.
• Provide user guidance and training on supported platforms.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
