• 7+ years of enterprise infrastructure and security experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, AD, Intune, Defender.
• Experience with MSPs and technology vendors.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise infrastructure, network, and cybersecurity standards.
• Define technology roadmaps and modernization initiatives.
• Lead governance over security controls, risk assessments, and incident response.
• Oversee data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance in collaboration with MSPs and partners.
• Ensure alignment of AI/automation initiatives with security and governance requirements.
