Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Analyst, HR Ops Security & Apps to support the security, administration, and ongoing improvement of HR systems used globally. You will manage user access, ensure data integrity, and align controls with SOX requirements while partnering with HR, IT security, and application teams.

Responsibilities include security administration, access governance, and coordinating HR technology releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of HRIS-related experience.
• Experience with HR technology and HR applications such as SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Stakeholder management and collaboration across HR, IT security, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Functional security administration: process HR application access requests with proper provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Access governance: conduct quarterly access reviews and ensure SOX and data security policy compliance.
• Security troubleshooting: investigate and resolve access and security issues with stakeholders.
• Security role management: document requirements for new roles and coordinate changes.
• Reporting and analytics: develop security audit reports for stakeholders and auditors.
• HR process support: provide security support for performance management, compensation, and reorganizations.
• Application management: translate business requirements into design docs and coordinate releases.
• Stakeholder partnership: serve as a point of contact for HR and IT with regular updates.
• User enablement: provide training and documentation for new capabilities.
• Projects and process improvement: manage security workstreams in HR tech implementations.
