Job summary

Ledgent Technology in Colorado is seeking a Senior Applications Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance enterprise applications that are critical to business operations. This role will serve as a key connection point between business stakeholders, IT teams, leadership, and vendors to ensure applications and systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with organizational priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
5+ years of IT, applications, systems analysis, or enterprise tech experience.
Hands-on support for enterprise and desktop applications.
Experience with CRM, HR/HCM, financial, and Microsoft-based tools.

Responsibilities

Support, maintain, and optimize enterprise business applications and systems.
Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution with root-cause analysis.
Evaluate applications for improvements and cross‑functional impact.
Design and support enhancements to apps, software, and OS.
Coordinate testing and end-user reviews for new/modified systems.
Develop documentation, training materials, and procedures.
Track KPIs and communicate roadmap progress to leadership.
