Job summary

Idaho Forest Group seeks an Enterprise Applications Administrator II to oversee installation, customization, maintenance, and troubleshooting of business applications. You will work with HR, Finance, IT, and Plant Managers to optimize systems (UKG, LumberTrack, IFS/ERP) and support operations.

Travel between sites and after-hours support are required. Strong focus on security, compliance, and knowledge-sharing is expected. On-site role with potential for growth within IT operations.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in application administration or IT.
• Experience integrating 3rd party data with on-premises and cloud platforms.
• Experience with IFS ERP/EAM or similar ERP systems.
• Understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and change management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical expert in system administration for complex applications (e.g., UKG, LumberTrack, IFS/ERP).
• Analyze applications to recommend improvements and optimizations.
• Monitor health and performance of enterprise apps; coordinate patches and updates.
• Plan deployments and upgrades with defined scope, milestones, testing, and timelines.
• Maintain security practices; identify risks and support secure environments.
• Support regulatory compliance with documentation and controls.
• Provide training and knowledge sharing to employees; maintain SOPs.
• Lead training and mentorship for junior staff; review training plans.
• Provide 24x7 on-call support as required.
• Perform other duties as needed.
