Job summary

Idaho Forest Group is seeking an Enterprise Applications Administrator II to oversee installation, customization, maintenance, and troubleshooting of business applications. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and Plant Managers, optimize systems, and help implement SOPs.

This role requires travel between sites, after-hours support, and mentoring junior team members to strengthen the organization’s application infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems or related field.
• 3–5+ years in application administration or IT.
• Experience integrating 3rd party data with on-premises and cloud platforms.
• Experience with IFS ERP/EAM or similar ERP/asset management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical expert in system administration for complex applications (e.g., UKG, LumberTrack, Teams, OneDrive, IFS/ERP, Office 365).
• Analyze applications for improvements and coordinate deployments and upgrades.
• Monitor health and performance of enterprise apps and coordinate patches and configs.
• Document controls, access, and evidence for regulatory compliance and audits.
• Provide training and lead information sessions with the Business Team.
