Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with six years of relevant experience.
• Experience administering major enterprise platforms and integration
• Ability to communicate complex business processes to non-technical audiences
• Experience with automation, IAM, security, and data governance

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized support for business-critical departmental software applications.
• Administer enterprise platforms: configuration, integration, security, and operations.
• Lead application upgrades, patching, and lifecycle planning.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and support standards.
• Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional IT teams.
