Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Seven (7) or more years of experience supporting enterprise applications in a complex organizational environment.
• Experience administering major enterprise platforms such as: Workday, ServiceNow, TeamDynamix, Salesforce, Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, Ellucian Banner, Slate, Blackboard, Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized support for business-critical departmental software applications including serving as a primary contact point for system support.
• Documentation of system configuration and operations.
• Manage system upgrades, patching, release management, and lifecycle planning.
• Configure, maintain, monitor, and optimize enterprise applications for high availability, performance, and reliability.
• Lead enterprise integrations and automation projects to improve efficiency.
