Job summary

CHAOS Industries seeks an Enterprise Application Architect to own the design and evolution of our enterprise app ecosystem across defense and GovCon programs. You will translate complex requirements into scalable, secure solutions and serve as the technical authority for enterprise platforms.

You will lead integration across ERP/CRM/ITSM, align architecture with DoD/NIST/DFARS constraints, and collaborate with gov customers to drive secure, compliant implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 8-12 years of progressive enterprise application architecture and systems integration experience.
• Experience supporting defense, GovCon, or federal government environments.
• Active Secret clearance required at time of hire; TS eligibility preferred.
• Experience with DoD/IC program requirements, CMMC, NIST and DFARS in enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise application architecture blueprint across GovCon and defense programs.
• Oversee integration between ERP, CRM, ITSM, HR/Recruiting and program management platforms.
• Design secure, interoperable solutions meeting classification and data residency constraints.
• Lead API strategy and RESTful/event-driven integration across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.
• Collaborate with program managers, contracts, finance and operations to translate requirements to architecture specs.
• Coordinate with government customers and prime contractors as the technical liaison.
• Govern architectural integrity from design through deployment and ensure compliance with RMF/DFARS/NIST.
• Support RMF authorization activities for applications in classified or CUI environments.
