PODS is seeking a Principal Enterprise Application Architect to lead the design and evolution of our modern application landscape. You will define standards for building, integrating, and governing applications on Azure, guide agentic AI adoption, and ensure Salesforce and Dynamics 365 investments align with enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in computer science, system analysis or a related field.
• 12+ years of enterprise development and architect experience.
• Experience architecting secure mobile solutions (client and server).
• Proven track record building SPAs, REST/GraphQL APIs, and microservices.
• Hands-on Azure cloud experience (App Services, AKS, Functions, API Management, Azure DevOps).
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangSmith for AI tooling and observability.
• Experience designing AI agents for chat/voice channels and integrating speech/telephony with LLM logic.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Dynamics 365 integration patterns.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps and GitHub CI/CD workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Define and own architectural standards, reference architectures, and design patterns for modern web apps on Azure.
• Lead architecture reviews; act as technical authority in governance boards.
• Architect event-driven integrations using Kafka for real-time data flow.
• Design secure, well-governed integration patterns and connect SaaS platforms.
• Partner with Cloud/Platform Engineering to define Azure landing zones and DevOps standards.
• Define AI integration into the SDLC and promote AI-assisted development practices.
• Prototype agentic AI workflows with LangChain; establish patterns for tool use and observability.
• Architect conversational AI agents across chat/voice channels and integrate with LLM logic.
• Mentor engineers on architecture, document ADRs, and collaborate on security and data governance.
• Present recommendations and roadmaps to technical and executive stakeholders.
