Job summary

Pods is seeking a Principal Enterprise Application Architect in Clearwater, FL to lead the design and evolution of our modern application landscape across web apps, SaaS platforms, and AI-enabled systems. You will set architectural standards for Azure, guide LangChain-based workflows, and ensure Salesforce and Dynamics 365 integrations align with enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in computer science or related field and extensive enterprise IT experience.
Minimum 12 years in development and architecture roles.
Experience with secure mobile solutions and modern web apps (SPAs, APIs, microservices).
Hands-on Azure cloud services knowledge and DevOps practices.
Experience with agentic AI, LangChain, LangSmith.
Experience with Salesforce and Dynamics 365 integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Define architectural standards, reference architectures and patterns for Azure deployments.
Lead architecture reviews and govern design for scalability and security.
Design and implement event-driven and streaming integrations using Kafka.
Guide integration with enterprise SaaS platforms and legacy systems.
Mentor engineers and document ADRs and reference implementations.
Present roadmaps to technical and executive stakeholders.
