Job summary

PODS Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Senior Enterprise Architect to lead the design and evolution of complex solution architectures. You will translate business strategy into scalable, secure, and integrated technology solutions across systems, processes, and shared infrastructure.

Responsibilities include establishing target-state architectures, guiding strategic programs, and mentoring architecture teams to ensure quality and alignment with future-state vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise strategy into actionable solution-architecture roadmaps.
• Lead architecture of highly complex, cross-functional solutions across applications, platforms, and data domains.
• Establish target-state architectures and transition plans balancing value, feasibility, security, resilience, and cost.
• Serve as architectural authority for programs, guiding decisions across teams.
• Guide architecture decisions for applications, data, integrations, and cloud services.
• Assess current portfolio for debt, risks, and misalignment with requirements.
• Define and govern enterprise architecture standards, patterns, and roadmaps.
• Lead architecture review to ensure quality, traceability, and alignment with vision.
• Own and maintain strategic roadmaps for portfolio evolution.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and vendor capabilities with measurable business value.
• Lead selection of strategic software products and standard configurations.
• Advise on architecture sequencing, constraints, risks, and changes to plans.
• Identify impacts of proposed architectures on organization and operations.
• Develop business cases and executive recommendations with costs and benefits.
• Create architecture artifacts and guidance documents.
• Partner with PMO to keep execution aligned with architecture.
• Mentor architects and promote architecture discipline across the org.
• Facilitate executive and technical forums, building alignment among stakeholders.
