Job summary

The Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT) is seeking a Business Alignment Manager to lead statewide enterprise application governance and drive data-driven business alignment. This role provides decisive leadership across cross-functional teams and the Enterprise Application Services PMO to ensure initiatives meet compliance and deliver value.

Ideal candidates will bring MIS/IT leadership experience, strong governance skills, and the ability to coordinate across agencies while supporting

Qualifications

• Requires four years of college with coursework in MIS, risk compliance, fiscal reporting or project management.
• Four years of progressively responsible administrative experience in MIS/IT in a public or private setting.
• Three years supervising IT professionals in a large public or private organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead statewide enterprise application governance and drive business alignment.
• Oversee the Enterprise Application Services PMO initiatives and deliver measurable value.
• Prepare financial reporting supporting compliance with standards and DoIT methodologies.
• Supervise SMEs and provide guidance to staff across project activities.
