Qualifications

• Four years of college coursework in MIS, risk compliance, fiscal reporting, and project management or related IT field.
• Four years of progressively responsible administrative experience in MIS, risk compliance, fiscal reporting, and project management in public or business organizations.
• Three years of professional experience supervising IT professionals in large, complex public or private IT organizations.
• Four years leading enterprise-level application governance and business alignment initiatives.
• Four years managing complex organizational issues and making operational decisions in high-stakes environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead statewide enterprise application alignment through governance and business process optimization.
• Drive data-driven technology capabilities across cross-functional teams.
