YO AI Labs is seeking a Senior Enterprise AI Productivity Specialist for a remote contract role. You will design and document enterprise-grade AI workflows that drive measurable productivity improvements across large organizations.

You will develop and optimize workflow automation using leading AI platforms such as ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, and Codex, architect cross‑platform AI solutions, and translate technical outcomes into executive-level business value.

Qualifications

5+ years in enterprise environments using generative AI to boost productivity.
Experience designing deploying AI-powered workflow automations across large organizations.
Strong knowledge of enterprise knowledge management and integration with business platforms.
Ability to drive AI adoption and change management.
Excellent systems thinking and communication for executives.

Responsibilities

Design, evaluate, and document enterprise-grade AI workflows.
Develop and optimize workflow automation using leading AI platforms.
Architect cross-platform AI solutions for portability across enterprise environments.
Integrate AI with knowledge management, collaboration, and BPM platforms.
Produce executive presentations and business impact reports to communicate AI outcomes.
