Job summary

Unframe is seeking an energetic Senior Enterprise Support Engineer to be the primary technical advisor for our enterprise clients. You will own end-to-end technical issues, perform log and code forensics, and shape our support playbooks and SLAs from the East Coast.

You will work closely with product and engineering, translating customer requirements into technical solutions and coordinating live executive calls with Fortune 500 clients to drive proactive incident management and strategic

Qualifications

4+ years in technical support, support engineering, QA or similar hands‑on role.
Experience presenting to enterprise stakeholders on live video calls.
Able to handle ambiguous situations with accountability for client outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise client engagements with technical authority and poise on live video calls.
Investigate, reproduce and resolve production incidents across web apps, REST APIs, and databases; query SQL and inspect logs.
Configure, test and deploy autonomous AI agents to analyze logs and automate triage workflows.
Own technical relationship for enterprise accounts; help build support infrastructure, SLAs, escalation paths, and diagnostic runbooks.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn recurring friction into product specs and fixes.
