Job summary

ArangoDB is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead strategic technical engagements with enterprise customers on the West Coast. You will own account roadmaps, architect integration strategies, and deliver compelling demos that showcase Arango’s AI and database capabilities.

You will build trusted senior stakeholder relationships, drive complex technical solutions, and evangelize Arango’s AI suite at events and webinars while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years in technical sales or consulting for enterprise AI, databases, big data systems, analytics, or ML.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic technical account roadmap and engagement strategy for large enterprise opportunities and customers.
• Architect and lead integration strategies across customer accounts to drive horizontal expansion.
• Lead deep technical engagements and build trusted relationships with senior technical stakeholders.
• Craft and deliver high-impact technical presentations, demonstrations, and PoCs/PoTs showcasing Arango’s advantages.
