Job summary

Opus AI Technologies in Austin, Texas, is building Opus, an agentic AI platform for regulated industries. Solutions Consultants join after the sale to ensure the workflow is designed, integrated, and signed off by IT and regulators.

You’ll work in delivery squads with a Project Manager, AI Workflow Engineers, and a Business Analyst to map current-state processes, design target-state architectures, and defend decisions during build.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions consulting, technical consulting, solutions architecture, or technical business analysis.
• Post-sales experience carrying enterprise clients through delivery.
• Strong background in workflow automation, distributed systems, or AI/ML-driven platforms.
• Experience in a regulated industry such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, or government.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to identify data quality, access, latency, and regulatory constraints.
• Define the target-state workflow architecture with agents and human review.
• Define integration points across client systems (APIs, data sources, repositories, identity, cloud).
• Set success criteria and evaluation approach before build.
• Build the business case with metrics like cycle time and cost per transaction.
• Act as the trusted technical adviser to client leadership and internal teams.
• Provide clear technical direction and serve as escalation point.
