CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Enterprise AI Security Architect for a remote role in the United States. The Principal Enterprise Architect leads the security architecture for AI and cloud-native systems, partnering with EA, Security, and Engineering teams to translate policy into scalable reference architectures and guardrails.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in cybersecurity or architecture, strong communication, and experience securing AI/ML environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity, architecture, or related tech.
• Ability to translate security risk to clear leadership recommendations.
• Experience designing AI security for cloud-native or ML environments.
• Experience securing on-premises or hybrid AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture and design for AI and emerging tech.
• Embed security into platform strategies with EA, Security, and Engineering teams.
• Review designs for risks and provide practical, business-aligned guidance.
• Define cloud-native security patterns and guardrails across domains.
• Advise senior leaders and translate risks into actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate AI technologies and responsible adoption approaches.
• Mentor architects and influence tech investment decisions.
