Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring an Enterprise AI Security Architect to lead security architecture for AI and cloud-native systems. This remote role supports the CTO office and cross-functional teams across the enterprise, shaping AI security strategy and reference architectures.

The role requires a strong track record in enterprise security, AI security design, and collaboration with business and technology leaders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
10+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, architecture, engineering, or related tech discipline.
Ability to translate technical security risks into clear exec-ready recommendations.
Experience designing AI security architecture for cloud-native, AI infrastructure, or ML environments.
Experience designing and securing on-premises or hybrid AI infrastructure.
Strong written and verbal communication skills across teams.

Responsibilities

Lead security architecture and design for AI and emerging tech across cloud, data, identity, and applications.
Partner with EA, Security, and Engineering to embed security into strategies and platforms.
Review designs for risk and provide actionable recommendations balancing innovation and risk.
Define security architecture for cloud-native, AI, and data environments.
Develop reusable security patterns and guardrails for enterprise delivery.
Advise leaders on security decisions and translate risks into business terms.
