Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Enterprise AI Security Architect to shape security across AI and cloud-native environments. You will work within the CTO office to define, plan, and realize the enterprise technology vision, translating risk into actionable guidance for senior leaders.

The role is remote within the United States (except Hawaii and Alaska) with collaboration across security, EA, and business teams to deliver secure AI solutions and governance across platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity/architecture and leading enterprise security programs.
• Ability to translate technical security risks into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
• Experience designing AI security for cloud-native, AI infrastructure, or ML environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the security architecture and technical design for AI and emerging tech across cloud, data, identity, and applications.
• Partner with EA, Security, Infra, engineering, and business leaders to embed security into tech strategies.
• Review complex designs, identify risks, and provide practical, business-aligned recommendations.
• Define and evolve security architecture for cloud-native, AI, data, identity, and integration environments.
• Develop reusable security patterns and guardrails for enterprise delivery.
• Advise senior leaders on security decisions and translate risks into business terms.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including generative AI and advise risk-aware adoption.
