Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, architecture, or a related tech discipline, with leadership in enterprise security.
• Ability to translate technical security risks into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
• Experience designing AI security architecture for cloud-native or ML environments.
• Experience securing on-premises or hybrid AI infrastructure including GPU compute and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the security architecture and technical design for AI and emerging technologies, translating cybersecurity strategy into reference architectures and guardrails.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Engineering leaders to embed security into technology strategies and solutions.
• Review complex designs, identify security risks, and provide practical recommendations balancing innovation, regulation, and risk.
• Define and evolve security architectures for cloud, AI, data, identity, and integration environments.
• Develop reusable security patterns and guardrails to enable scalable, secure delivery across the enterprise.
• Advise senior leaders on security architecture decisions and translate risks into business terms.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including generative AI and recommend responsible adoption approaches.
• Mentor architects and engineers to strengthen enterprise security practices.
