Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking an Enterprise AI Security Architect to lead security architecture across AI and emerging technologies from the CTO office. This remote role focuses on translating security policies into reference architectures and guardrails for cloud, data, and applications.

You will collaborate with EA, Security, Infra, and engineering leaders to embed security into technology strategies, review designs for risk, and advise executives on secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in a technical field.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity or enterprise security architecture.
• Ability to translate security risks into clear leadership recommendations.
• Experience designing security for cloud-native AI infra and ML environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture and design for AI and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, engineering leadership.
• Review complex solution designs, identify security risks, provide actionable mitigations.
• Define and evolve security architectures for cloud-native, AI, data, and integration environments.
• Develop reusable security patterns and guardrails for enterprise delivery.
• Advise senior leaders on architecture decisions and translate risks into business terms.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI capabilities and advise on adoption.
• Influence governance, exception management, and technology investment decisions.
• Mentor architects and strengthen enterprise security practices.
