Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area with 11+ years in product management.
- Ambiguity-to-roadmap capability for enterprise-scale problems.
- Experience shaping product strategy and platform models.
Responsibilities
- Define enterprise product vision, strategy, and roadmap for associate-facing AI.
- Shape platform capabilities across orchestration, context, personalization, and governance.
- Define how agents work together across experiences balancing reuse and business needs.
- Establish measures for quality, trust, adoption, and business impact.
- Prioritize high-value use cases and guide build, buy, and partner decisions.
- Influence senior leaders across product, engineering, and security.
- Raise product standards through mentorship and strong judgement.
