Walmart Inc. in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for complex AI‑driven products, driving end‑to‑end outcomes from discovery through value realization. You’ll mentor peers and guide multi‑quarter roadmaps in a data‑driven, tech‑forward environment.

You will ship agentic automations, build AI tools, and lead cross‑functional teams across Engineering, Data, and Operations. Strong preference for hands‑on AI agent deployment and scalable architecture.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management.
• Alternatively, 9 years’ product management or related experience.
• Experience leading product strategy and managing roadmaps for complex products is preferred.

Mansioni

• Ship production‑grade agentic automations from day one for a multi‑million dollar savings workstream.
• Build, ship, and iterate on AI tools, agents, plugins, and skills for PMs to become AI‑native.
• Lead cross‑functional execution across Engineering, Data, and Operations; remove blockers and move from discovery to deployment.
• Own your workstream end‑to‑end: scope, build, ship, iterate with bias for action.
• Partner with Data and Engineering to identify automation opportunities and push solutions to production.
