Job summary

OpenRouter is hiring its first dedicated Enterprise Product Manager to give the world’s largest organizations access to OpenRouter’s model catalog while maintaining policy and cost controls.

You’ll own a broad surface including identity, governance, security, spend controls, admin tooling, and growth engine for company-wide adoption. This high-ownership role sits at the intersection of product and go-to-market with Fortune 100 partners.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years building enterprise products.
• Analytics-heavy, technically deep products for sophisticated users.
• Experience in an enterprise, sales-led GTM with Fortune 500 customers.
• Fluency with IT, security, and admin buyer personas.
• Hands-on familiarity with RBAC, SSO/SAML, SCIM, audit logs.
• Excellent written communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise roadmap end to end, from procurement to daily usage and expansion.
• Partner with Fortune 100 design partners to translate requirements into a roadmap.
• Build core enterprise platform features: RBAC, SSO/SAML, SCIM, governance, and privacy controls.
• Identify opportunities to differentiate OpenRouter for the enterprise.
• Drive land-and-expand to scale a team’s usage across an organization.
• Be the voice of the enterprise customer internally to ship value.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, security, and CS.
• Raise the bar on craft and reliability of enterprise offerings.
