Job summary

Compunnel Inc. in Taylor, TX seeks an experienced AI Platform Administrator to deploy and govern enterprise AI tools. You will manage entitlements, connectors, and platforms like M365 Copilot and ChatGPT Enterprise, while building scalable AI skills and governance workflows.

You will partner with governance teams and drive adoption through enablement, training, and hackathons, ensuring secure, auditable changes across the AI ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure enterprise AI platforms (M365 Copilot, Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise).
• Manage user entitlements, provisioning, workspace settings, connectors, and access controls.
• Develop and maintain reusable AI skills with governance standards, risk tiering and review workflows.
• Build connectors integrating AI platforms with enterprise systems (project tracking, document mgmt, ITSM, data platforms).
• Develop collaboration-channel integrations (Teams, other platform-native solutions).
• Package and manage AI skills via version-controlled repos and CI, including versioning and PR evaluation.
• Convert recurring business workflows into scalable AI solutions.
• Support AI adoption through enablement initiatives, hackathons, and training.
• Partner with governance to maintain, version, and monitor AI skills catalog.
• Execute platform changes and entitlement requests with audit-ready docs.
• Follow AI governance, security-review, and evaluation processes.
