Job summary

JAGGAER in Durham, NC seeks an Enterprise Architect to lead the design and development of our next-generation AI and agentic platform. You will report to the Chief Architect and collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to set technology strategy and drive AI-native solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of hands-on software architecture and engineering experience across full-stack systems.
• Expert-level backend tech, API architecture, microservices, and event-driven designs.
• Strong frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue and modern UI/UX patterns.
• Proven track record deploying and scaling LLMs, SLMs, and agentic AI in production.
• Solid MLOps foundation including CI/CD for ML and model monitoring.
• Deep knowledge of vector databases and embedding orchestration.
• Experience with security, privacy, and compliance in AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect the next-gen AI/Agentic platform powering autonomous workflows across global enterprises.
• Lead end-to-end architecture across backend, frontend, databases, and AI pipelines.
• Build modular platform to integrate LLMs, SLMs, and agentic frameworks like LangGraph or Haystack.
• Collaborate with MLOps, data engineering, and ML science to define infrastructure for RAG and embedding orchestration.
• Partner with product/UX to deliver AI-native experiences with real business impact.
• Evaluate platform stack choices for real-time orchestration of autonomous agents and knowledge graphs.
