Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer Sr Manager who will partner with enterprise clients to design, prototype, deploy, and scale end-to-end AI workflows. You will work hands-on with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and data platforms, translating ambiguous business needs into production-grade AI solutions.

The role requires deep engineering expertise, strong communication, and the ability to operate in ambiguous environments, delivering measurable business

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience in production systems.
• 2+ years with modern AI/ML platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, similar).
• Experience integrating APIs and enterprise platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent work exp.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients and teams to define AI use cases and technical solutions.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI workflows with LLMs and services.
• Prototype, deploy, and scale AI-enabled workflows and agents.
• Bridge product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders.
