Job summary

UKG is looking for a Senior Staff Forward Deployed Engineer to lead complex enterprise engagements across its ecosystem, including HCM, Payroll, and Workforce Management. In this role, you'll operate as a principal architect, embedding with customers to deliver production-grade integrations and AI-enabled workflows.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in software engineering, strong cloud architecture skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at an executive level.

This position offers a competitive salary range from $145,600 to $240,700, with performance-based bonuses and stock awards available.

Qualifications

10+ years in software engineering, architecture, or distributed systems.
Deep experience with enterprise integrations including APIs and data pipelines.
Strong cloud architecture experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
