Job summary

NinjaTech AI seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to join a senior team delivering autonomous AI agents to enterprise customers. You will embed with clients, design high-value agent workflows, and own technical success from kickoff through go-live and expansion.

Based in Austin, TX, you’ll work with CTOs and operators to translate customer needs into architecture and platform integrations, driving adoption with speed and precision.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with strong coding skills in Python and at least one of TS/JS, Java, or Go.
• Genuine curiosity about agentic AI and LLM systems, including prompts, tools, evals, orchestration, and guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Embed with newly-closed enterprise customers and stand up production agent workflows on NinjaTech.
• Build bespoke automations by wiring the platform into customer systems and data sources.
• Be the technical face with customers, translating vision into architecture and platform language.
• Drive adoption and expansion by identifying high-value workflows and ensuring renewals.
• Navigate security reviews, data residency requirements, and procurement diligence.
• Provide feedback to Product on field issues and reusable components.
