Job summary

Backbase is building its Agentic Banking business in North America and seeks an enterprise seller to help banks and credit unions adopt AI-powered customer experiences. You will own multi-million opportunities from discovery through production agreements, collaborating with Solutions, Product and Delivery to shape the go-to-market.

You will build targeted account plans, engage executives, and articulate measurable value around service quality, productivity and cost reduction, while navigating

Qualifications

• A proven enterprise seller with a track record of six- and seven-figure deals.
• Ability to articulate product value and integration points for AI workflows.
• Experience selling into financial institutions or similarly regulated enterprises.
• Willingness to travel across North America.

Responsibilities

• Create and own your pipeline with targeted account plans and executive engagement.
• Earn executive trust by understanding priorities and decision processes to shape an AI roadmap.
• Sell measurable value by defining workflows and baselines for service quality and cost.
• Lead complex deals: qualification, proposals, negotiation and close plans.
• Oversee paid validations and coordinate onboarding with technical teams into production.
• Identify realized value and future opportunities via adoption and token economics.
• Build playbooks with Solutions, Product and Delivery for better offers and product priorities.
