Workatbackbase is expanding its North American AI-driven Agentic Banking capabilities and seeks an enterprise seller to shape and lead opportunities from discovery to production agreements.

You will build targeted account plans, engage executives, and collaborate with Solutions, Product and Delivery to drive measurable business outcomes for financial institutions across North America.

Qualifications

• A proven enterprise seller with a track record of six- and seven-figure agreements.
• Able to navigate complex buying processes and procurement.
• Strong relationship-building across business, technology, operations and risk.

Responsibilities

• Create and own your pipeline with targeted account plans and outbound activities.
• Earn executive trust by understanding priorities and shaping an AI roadmap.
• Sell measurable value by tying workflows to improved service quality and cost savings.
• Lead complex deals from qualification through close and coordination with account owners.
• Validate opportunities with sponsor, scope, and production timelines before onboarding.
• Grow customer value by monitoring adoption and identifying new commercial opportunities.
• Contribute to repeatable sales plays and prioritize product enhancements.
