Job summary

Backbase is building the Agentic Banking business in North America and seeks an enterprise seller to shape this growth. You will drive AI-powered banking workflows with financial institutions, from discovery to production agreements, while coordinating with Solutions, Product and Delivery.

You will own pipeline, build executive relationships, and articulate economic value from improved service quality and productivity to cost reduction. Travel across North America is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling enterprise AI solutions with six- and seven-figure deals.
• Experience selling to financial institutions or regulated enterprises.
• Ability to build pipeline and manage complex opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own a strategic pipeline for Agentic AI opportunities.
• Engage executives across business, tech, operations and risk.
• Lead qualification, proposals, negotiation and close plans.
• Collaborate with account owners, Solutions, Product and Delivery.
• Drive adoption of AI workflows and measurable business value.
