Job summary

Backbase in North America is seeking an enterprise seller to help shape the Agentic Banking business. You will lead opportunities for financial institutions, from discovery through production agreements, collaborating with account owners, Solutions, Product and Delivery.

This quota-carrying role requires executive engagement, a deep understanding of AI-driven workflows, and the ability to forecast and close multi-figure deals across North America, with travel as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise seller with a track record of six- and seven-figure agreements.
• Experience selling AI, conversational or workflow automation solutions.
• Ability to build and manage complex sales cycles across large accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enterprise AI opportunities from discovery to production agreements.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline; engage executives; coordinate with Solutions, Product and Delivery.
• Travel across North America to meet customers and close deals.
