You will drive scalable AI platforms, set governance models, and mentor engineers across engagements while collaborating with SAP product teams to influence roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering.
• 10+ years of software engineering and enterprise architecture with customer delivery.
• Strong Python expertise and modern enterprise app architecture.
• Deep experience with LLMs, RAG, Knowledge Graphs, vector databases, and observability.
• Extensive experience with SAP BTP, SAP AI Core, Joule, and SAP integration tech.
• Proven ability to architect large-scale enterprise solutions.
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture for complex enterprise AI programs from discovery through production.
• Lead solution architecture across AI agents, RAG, Knowledge Graphs, MCP, and cloud-native platforms.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor for customer executives and program leadership.
• Architect scalable AI platforms using SAP AI Core, SAP BTP, Joule, Kubernetes, and hyperscalers.
• Define reference architectures, reusable frameworks, golden paths, and governance models.
• Lead technical discovery workshops, architecture reviews, and executive solution presentations.
• Guide engineering teams across multiple engagements and mentor senior engineers.
• Drive security, observability, performance, and operational excellence for AI solutions.
• Influence SAP product teams by providing architectural feedback from deployments.
• Identify innovation opportunities and establish new technical capabilities.
