This hands-on role requires expertise in modern AI systems, including multi-agent systems and LLM architecture. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven ability to deploy scalable AI solutions. Located onsite in Chicago, this position offers a competitive salary between $170,000 and $200,000, alongside a robust benefits package including health, dental, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software engineering.
• Proven track record of building production-grade AI/ML systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop multi-agent systems leveraging LLMs and frameworks.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines for knowledge grounding.
• Optimize agents for multi-step reasoning and decision-making.

Skills

Experience with Generative AI

Proficiency in Python

Expertise in distributed training

Knowledge of AI governance frameworks
