Job summary

GlobeStar Systems, the holder of Connexall, seeks an Account Executive for the Western Central Region with remote work flexibility in the USA. You will own territory growth, build pipeline across hospitals, and drive complex enterprise opportunities from discovery to contract.

You will engage clinical, IT, and executive stakeholders, translating healthcare workflows into measurable clinical and business value while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to close major deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise technology sales experience; proven success selling complex solutions into hospitals and health systems.
• Ability to independently create qualified pipeline and convert multi-stakeholder opportunities into revenue.
• Consistent track record of achieving quota and managing long, complex sales cycles.
• Understanding of healthcare clinical/workflow processes; experience with Epic or major EHR environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual territory plan to hit quota.
• Build and maintain qualified pipeline via prospecting, events, partners, and ABM outreach.
• Lead enterprise opportunities from discovery to contract signature.
• Develop relationships with CIO/CMIO/CNO and other leaders across hospitals and health systems.
• Deliver compelling business cases addressing clinical, operational, financial, and technology priorities.
