Job summary

GlobeStar Systems, the creator of Connexall, seeks a Pre-Sales Engineer in the United States to promote and showcase Connexall solutions. You will understand customer needs, assist sales, and act as a solutions expert to drive adoption and success across healthcare facilities.

The role involves engaging with key stakeholders, delivering technical demonstrations, and supporting RFP/RFI processes. Hybrid/remote options are available, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, IS, or related field.
• 3+ years in technical pre-sales with target achievement.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define customer business needs and technical requirements for SOWs.
• Meet decision makers to understand challenges and present solutions.
• Support sales through demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses, and proposals.
• Provide voice of customer feedback to product teams.
• Create technical designs, business cases, and supporting documents.
• Travel as needed to support sales initiatives.
