Job summary

Everpure is hiring a Senior Account Executive to grow with major banks and insurers in Germany. You will own a focused FS portfolio across the country, combining existing customers with new logos, and lead the full sales cycle from first conversation to close.

You'll engage with Banken and insurers modernising core systems, leveraging Everpure’s data platform while navigating regulatory demands such as DORA and BaFin.

Qualifications

• Track record of exceeding quota selling to large enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling business value and outcomes.
• Experience selling into banks or insurers in Germany; regulatory context.
• Strong account planning, prospecting and stakeholder skills.
• Experience co-selling with channel partners.
• Interest in data, cloud and AI; curiosity about technology.
• Owner’s mindset; coachable and results-driven.
• Fluency in German and English; willing to travel across Germany.

Responsibilities

• Own a focused portfolio of enterprise banking and insurance accounts and run each like a business.
• Grow existing customers and win new logos in whitespace accounts.
• Lead the full sales cycle with cross-functional pursuit teams.
• Build relationships up to the C-suite around business outcomes and ROI.
• Become an expert in Financial Services and regulatory concerns.
• Navigate complex procurement, risk, and outsourcing processes.
• Collaborate with channel partners and banking IT providers to expand reach.
• Build a strong pipeline and consistently exceed targets.
