Job summary
Netflix is seeking a Senior Account Manager to shape its FLEX coverage for enterprise clients in the US. You will partner with Netflix Client Partners across Fortune 500 groups to drive pre-to-post sale campaigns, ensure flawless execution, and deliver excellent client service.
You will lead strategic media planning, respond to RFPs, manage campaigns with cross-functional teams, and provide data-driven insights that guide client investments and outcomes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management and/or Sales Planning with Fortune 500 clients.
- Excellent client service and relationship management that build trust.
- Operational excellence with cross-functional coordination and problem-solving.
- Audience-driven media planning with data-driven storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Be a consultative partner to top accounts with the sales team and present Netflix solutions.
- Lead strategic media planning, respond to RFPs, and guide pricing and targeting.
- Host weekly Pipeline & Pacing meetings to align launches and performance.
- Oversee campaign delivery, optimization, and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Ads Operations for flawless order implementation.
- Provide data-driven insights and post-campaign wrap reports.
