Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Acquisition, to drive new business across the West region. You will identify, nurture and close opportunities with net-new customers, manage forecasts, and build strong relationships as part of a consultative sales approach.

A technical background and experience selling technical products will help you articulate Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
• Top 10% performer in a highly competitive environment.
• Adaptable with experience in high-velocity technology companies.
• Familiarity with open source technology is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communicator in all channels and able to build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Outbound prospecting into net-new customers.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process: prospecting, meetings, product demos, POCs, proposals, negotiations.
• Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
• Convey value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise to customers.
• Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce and handle quotes and orders.
