What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Develop and execute a multi-year vision for executive-level partnerships with assigned enterprise accounts
  2. Maintain and grow revenue through effective account management and business relationship development
  3. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  4. Lead customer advisory board processes and regular engagement activities to strengthen relationships
  5. Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns to maintain high levels of service

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor’s degree in technical, engineering, business, or a related field with 8+ years of successful technical sales experience, or 10+ years of relevant experience
  2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience leading enterprise accounts with a proven track record of success
  3. Exceptional ability to navigate complex sales and customer issues independently
  4. Strong leadership and collaboration skills with cultural awareness in global business contexts
  5. Fluent in English and the local language of the territory

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Strong understanding of sales to the US Department of Air Force and US Space Force
  2. Comprehensive knowledge of the company's products/services and pricing practices
  3. Demonstrated proficiency in engineering analysis and technology
  4. Excellent networking and relationship management skills
  5. Superior executive presentation and persuasion skills
