Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise AV and unified communications solutions.
• Strong experience with video conferencing, room technology, control systems, DSP audio, and AV-over-IP.
• Proven experience leading AV projects in large enterprise environments.
• Experience with global AV deployments and standardization.
• Hands-on expertise with Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco, Webex, Neat, Logitech, and Crestron.
• Strong understanding of AV networking and IT integration.
• Agile-development mindset with strong customer focus and results orientation.
• Excellent communication for stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise AV systems for conference spaces.
• Lead AV projects including installations, upgrades, and technology refreshes.
• Develop and maintain AV standards, documentation, and best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and propose scalable solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders and vendors to improve collaboration experiences.
• Mentor junior engineers and field support personnel.
