Job summary

Indiana University South Bend is seeking an Associate Vice Chancellor of Enrollment to provide strategic leadership for enrollment management. • Strong collaboration with academic affairs, student services, and administrative units.

Responsibilities

• Lead enrollment planning and operations to support recruitment, enrollment, retention, and completion.
• Provide supervision and strategic direction to enrollment management functions (Admissions, Financial Aid, Scholarships).
• Develop and implement data-informed enrollment strategies and measurable goals.
• Coordinate with campus partners to align enrollment goals with academic priorities.
• Oversee use of enrollment technologies, CRM systems, analytics, and related tools.
