Indiana University in Bloomington is seeking a Director of Enrollment Management to provide strategic leadership for the student journey into education abroad, overseeing marketing and recruitment, advising, admissions, student services, scholarships, and enrollment for IU Bloomington and regional campuses.

Qualificações

• Proven leadership in enrollment management or related field.
• Experience shaping enrollment strategy and outcomes.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across marketing, admissions, and student services.

Responsabilidades

• Leads education abroad enrollment funnel from initial interest to departure.
• Reports to AVP and serves on Education Abroad management team.
• Shapes unit strategy and develops high-performing teams.
• Leads education abroad marketing, outreach, and recruitment initiatives.
• Ensures coordinated outreach with campus partners and IU Global Marketing.
• Oversees education abroad advising, admissions, enrollment, student services, and scholarships.
• Establishes standards and processes to support student success and enrollment growth.
• Prepares management reports for senior administration and committees.
